How do I submit the bill to insurance?
We generate a superbill for services provided. It is the patient’s responsibility to submit the required forms to their insurance company. The insurance company then reimburses patients directly.

For self-pay options we accept all major debit and credit cards, cash, and check. Our team ensures transparent pricing.
