Pain during sport can be frustrating and often times depressing. We will help keep you pain-free before, during, and after the competitive season.
Our facility offers a unique setting to the Mid-Coast community as we utilize the Coastal Performance Training Center, which provides a state-of-the-art 10,000 square foot turfed indoor recreation and strength & conditioning facility. This facility provides us with the ability to condition and prepare for the return to any sport, allowing our athletes to replicate in-game situations and remove all doubt when it comes time to return to the field.
