Postural Movement Dysfunctions

Many of our staff members have spent time taking coursework through the Postural Restoration Institute®. This coursework utilizes specific interventions and breathing to improve body position. We aim to decrease pain and improve range of motion and strength to optimize movement patterns through everyday activities in order to get you back to doing the things you love.

Treatments focus on educating patients on the importance of breathing mechanics and how this influences the rest of the body. You will be taught how to monitor your body position and how to incorporate simple breathing and movement activities to keep your body moving the way it was meant to move.
